Adapted Music Lessons:
Available for beginning and intermediate guitar and beginning piano, ukulele, and voice for children and adults with special needs. Instruments, materials, and/or methods are adapted to meet the individual learning style of the student. Goals and objectives are written according to the needs of the student and family. Typical goal areas include increasing attention span, improving fine motor skills, addressing academic and cognitive skills, or improving self-esteem. Data is tracked weekly, and families will receive a monthly progress report. ***Please note: All new students who have a disability diagnosis will begin with adapted lessons for three months. After that time, the family and teacher will discuss the need to continue lessons as adapted or not.***
